Valrhona demo in Birmingham
Every year CFF is organising across the country some demonstration and training. the CFF Midlands team have organised on the 22.09.09 at Birmingham college, a demonstration lead by Andrew Gravett, Executive Pastry chef Uk and Fabien Ecuvillon executive pastry chef at the Browns hotel in London. Great success, great attendance ! The primary objective of those demonstration is to introduce new products, imprve the pastry chef technics, give tips and advices and generate a debate around chocolate.
