Cap Fruit recipe 26.06.09

Cap Fruit have created a dedicated magazine, called the Cap Fruit Recipe. Its third edition has been organized by CFF & hosted in the UK, more precisely at Yauatcha Tea House with the support of Stephane Sucheta. 16 chefs from the Greater London area have participated to the compilation of this booklet by skilfully using Cap Fruit produce in their quirky and innovative recipes.
