Every year Classic Fine Foods organise a training session at l'Ecole du grand chocolat in France. During three days our customers are experiencing the high level of know know, professionalism and a fine taste of the Valrhona chocolate. Those training are lead by Valrhona pastry chef Philippe Givre and his team.
