Jamie was a Mentee in the UK Pastry Team for the 2013 and 2015 Coupes du Monde and he has also participated in several pastry competitions in UK and in France. He was the winner of the UK Pastry Open at the Restaurant Show in October 2017. After starting as a commis in Pastry at Belmond le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons he has been working there for more than four years now and is currently Benoit Blin’s Junior Sous-Chef.

Vanilla Extract and Vanilla Pearls from Eurovanille
